笔者以为,体重上升与体质下降问题主要还是由当下不健康的生活方式引起的。科技的进步为人们提供了各式各样的便利,从而也导致了现代人越发的懒散。他们不愿意锻炼,锻炼要消耗体力;也不愿意自己做饭,又准备食材又清洗餐具。他们只选择自己想要的,快餐方便,甜食可口。而面对这些问题,自然应该对症下药。多锻炼,哪怕匀出几分钟的时间。平衡膳食,既减少体重也锻炼身体。   下面附上具体文章,大家注意把握文章结构和具体内容,并关注这篇文章多样化的词汇与表达。   Word Count: 359   There is an evolving (it refers to gradually over a period of time into something different and usually more advanced) tide in some countries that the average weight of people is growing but their health is decreasing. I think that the cause of these problems is due to unhealthy lifestyle and lack of exercise.   As people are getting lazier today, they want convenience in everything. When they return home from work, they choose to eat microwaved dinner or fast food as they do not have to take the trouble to prepare a meal or wash up after dinner. The introduction of fast food is also the main cause of their decreasing health. Nowadays, people are opting for(to choose one thing or do one thing instead of another) a fast food restaurant meal rather than a simple home-cooked meal. Sometimes burgers and pizzas may taste better than a home-cooked meal while think of all the huge calories swallowed (to make food or drink go down your throat and towards your stomach). Meanwhile the oil they used to fry the fries is literally (used to emphasize that something, especially a large number, is actually true) black, which is detrimental (causing harm or damage) to health. What is more, eating too much will also lead to health problems. Sugary drinks, packet chips, candies and chocolate are also some of the causes that contributes (to help to make something happen) to the falling health, because heavy consumption can lead to weight gain and diabetes.   I think that the crux (the most important part of a problem, question, argument etc) lies in the lack of exercise. Especially our metabolism rate will drop as we grow older. Even if we eat the same amount as before, we will still suffer from the increasing weight. Hence I put forward the only solution, to exercise, at least 30 minutes of brisk walking (a kind of sport, walk quickly). This target can be easily achieved, provided people do not drive to work. In addition, they can take a bus or a train come on the way, play with children or bring the dog for a walk, or anything to get attention away from the couch, because more exercise will suppress (to stop yourself from showing your feelings) cravings for desserts.   People should also balance their diet, for example, by eating more vegetables, fruits and less meat, and by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Remember, we also need to cook healthy food ourselves to assure that our dietetic hygiene (the practice of keeping yourself and the things around you clean in order to prevent diseases) is guaranteed. This is healthy for body , and it is also less likely to fall sick (get ill) for us if the balanced and regular diet is kept.
